Successful learning in vulnerable preschool children through improved mental health: Final report

This report describes a 2008-2013 project to identify and improve the social and emotional development of vulnerable children in Cowlitz County in Washington State, from pre-birth to age six, so that they were better prepared to learn when they entered school. Contents of the report include a description of the purpose of the project, goals and objectives, methodology, evaluation, results and outcomes, publications and products developed during the project, dissemination and utilization of results, and future plans and sustainability.
