Starting points for Idaho youth

This final report describes a Healthy Tomorrows project in Idaho from March 2006 through February 2011. The project focused on reaching and enrolling low-income, uninsured youth, ages 13 to 19 years, into Idaho's children's health insurance programs. The report contains the project's abstract and a summary of activities; descriptions of the project's purpose, goals and objectives, methodology, evaluation, and results and outcomes.
